The Florin Vineyard Community Plan Development Impact Fee Program (FVCP Fee Program) funds the major roadway and frontage lanes, other jurisdictional roadways, transit, and park facilities required for the development of the Florin Vineyard Community Plan area. The boundary of the FVCP Fee Program is shown in the notice below. All developments within the FVCP Fee Program boundary are required to pay the roadway and frontage lane, other jurisdictional roadway, park and recreation, transit and program administration fees at the time of building permit issuance.
