Document Review Schedule - The Survey Department reviews various documents prior to approval for filing or recording. Review comments will be returned within twenty business days* of first submittal, and ten days* of subsequent submittals. *Turn around times may be extended during periods of unusually high workloads.
PAY ONLINE - Payments for Map Review and Survey Services fees can now be made online through GovHub.
Survey Service Fees - Payments for the following Surveys Service fee – Certificate of Compliance (All types), Application/Deposit fees for Records of Survey, Subdivision Maps and Parcel Maps, Boundary Lot Line Adjustment, Valuation Acreage (Parcel and Final Map), Recording Filing Fee and Park in Lieu Fees can be made in our GovHub payment platform.
