The Library Facilities Development Impact Fee Program (Library Facilities Fee Program) funds the library facilities needed to serve urban development within the unincorporated County. The boundary of the Library Facilities Fee Program is shown in the annual notice below. All developers within the boundary are required to pay the library facilities fee at the time of building permit issuance.
