Semi-Annual Listing of Total Fees and Exactions on Residential Developments

In September 2021, California enacted Assembly Bill 602 (AB 602) to provide transparency associated with residential development costs.  Pursuant to AB 602 and California Government Code Section 65940.1, local jurisdictions must request the total fees and exactions from each development proponent and post this information on the local jurisdiction’s website.

In compliance with AB 602, below are the links where Sacramento County posts, for interested parties, the Semi-Annual Listing of Total Fees and Exactions requested from, and provided voluntarily by, residential development proponents within the unincorporated County.  Each semi-annual period includes projects dated according to when it received either a Certificate of Occupancy or a Final Inspection, whichever occurred last.

Thank you for choosing Sacramento County for your residential development project and we hope you find this information helpful.

*Note: Sacramento County is neither responsible for nor guarantees the accuracy of information received from developers and posted above pursuant to Government Code section 65940.1, subd. (a)(3).
